ㅤ GENERAL
CLIENT • You may not claim my work as your own. • You are not authorized to edit or trace my works without my permission. • You may display my work on external sites as long as you credit or link back to me. • You may not use the artwork for commercial use or external projects unless otherwise discussed.ARTIST • I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason. • I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason. • I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.
ㅤ PAYMENT
• I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction. • I will only accept USD or PHP via Paypal or GCash as payment. • It is expected that you deposit 50% or 100% of the price upfront before I start. Pay the remaining balance (if there is) after the sketch - unless you ordered a sketch, in which you will have to pay full before I start • Payments via Paypal are sent via invoice method only unless otherwise stated. • If payment is not made in a timely manner (48H) after I've placed the invoice, the commission will be canceled. • If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details.REFUNDS • I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. • Once I start the sketch, refunds are only negotiable. • You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason. • You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
ㅤ PROCESS
• Waitlist waiting time can be up to 2 months. • You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment. • I reserve the right to take up to 2 month to begin and finish the commission, unless stated otherwise. • Rush fees are at least +25% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided. • Up to two major revisions can be made during the drafting/sketching phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards. • In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee. • After the order is completed, changes are allowed if any missing or inaccurate elements are my faults.
ㅤ CHARACTER DESIGN
• Preferably, let me know if the owner changes. • You are only allowed to resell for the same price you got the commission for or lower, unless there's additional art. ㅤ ㅤ
